Release a seat

When you deactivate Partha on a machine (Settings > License > Deactivate this device), Partha frees its seat automatically if it is online. If it was offline, it shows a deactivation code - paste it here. The license on that machine is already gone; this tells CyberLynk the seat is free for your new computer.
