These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Partha platform and this portal, provided by CyberLynk LLP, a Limited Liability Partnership incorporated in India ("CyberLynk", "we"). By creating an account or using the service you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

4. Acceptable use
Partha is a security-testing tool. You must only use it against systems you own or are explicitly authorised in writing to test. 7. Disclaimers
The service is provided "as is" and "as available" to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free or fit for any particular purpose, or that it will find every vulnerability. Security testing carries inherent risk; you use the tool at your own risk.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, CyberLynk is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, or loss of data, profits or goodwill. You agree to indemnify CyberLynk against claims and losses arising from your misuse of the service or breach of these Terms or the law.
10. Termination
You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (e.g. IP, disclaimers, liability, governing law) will survive.
