Refund & Cancellation Policy

Partha licences are digital goods delivered electronically. This policy explains cancellations and refunds.

Free launch offer

The launch offer (30 days of the complete edition) is provided free of charge; there is nothing to pay and nothing to refund. You can stop using it and delete your account at any time.

Paid licences

• A licence is activated/delivered to you electronically after payment.
• If you have not activated the licence on any device, you may request a full refund within 7 days of purchase.
• Once a licence has been activated, it is generally non-refundable, because the digital goods have been accessed — except where required by law or where the licence is faulty and we cannot resolve the issue.
• Duplicate or erroneous charges are refunded in full.

How to request a refund

Email contact@cyberlynk.in with your account email and order reference. Approved refunds are made to the original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days (subject to your bank/processor).

Cancellation
